The Landes region is well known for its culinary produce including duck and foie gras, fresh fish from the Atlantic Ocean, asparagus from Magescq, and wild mushrooms from the local forests. Using only the best local produce, we develop a range of menus that are creative, very well presented and taste magnificent.

Coupled with excellent presentation of each meal will be our unparalleled service to ensure every meal is a special occasion, whether it is enjoyed in the splendour of the grand dining room or 'alfresco-style' on the poolside terrace.

Picture yourself after a long day of golf or a day on the beach, you can relax and unwind in the peaceful surrounds of the property with a chilled glass of champagne in hand. The warm night air brings with it the smell of home cooked food while you lounge on the poolside terrace - you know you're in paradise!

A luxury breakfast is served daily, Continental style, as well as the Full English cooked breakfast, if desired. You will find a selection of fruit juices, breads, pastries, local preserves, cereals, fruit and natural yoghurts, a choice of teas, filter coffee and fresh fruit. The cooked breakfast is made to order from 7:30am until 9:30am every day, ensuring that a fresh breakfast is always available whether you plan an early round of golf or opt for a well deserved lie-in.

Breakfast can be enjoyed in the grand dining room, on the lawn outside the dining room or on the poolside terrace. A choice of English newspapers will be available to read during breakfast.

Afternoon Tea

Return to the villa at your convenience to find a selection of delicious home made cakes and biscuits for you to enjoy with a soft drink, fresh juice, hot chocolate, tea or coffee. Be sure not to spoil your evening appetite!

Gourmet Lunches

On some days, lunch will be served instead of dinner, giving you the opportunity to sample some of the finest restaurants in the region.

Lunches include a Gourmet BBQ with fresh meat, fish and salads, a 3-course lunch with wine and beer included, and on one day we will prepare a complimentary gourmet picnic hamper for you to enjoy on the beach or during a day's cycle trip.

4-Course Evening Meals

A pre dinner aperitif is served together with a selection of home-made canapés from 7:30pm onwards. Your delicious 4 course evening meal follows at 8:00pm.

A complimentary regional wine is served throughout dinner followed by fresh filter coffee and after dinner chocolates or petit fours. An a-la-carte wine list is also available, offering a selection of some fabulous wines stored in our very own cellar.

Alfresco Dining

For that unforgettable alfresco experience, enjoy your meals by the pool side or in the peaceful gardens surrounding the property. For the cooler evenings, gas heaters will be available.

We are happy to cater for any special dietary needs, simply advise us of your requirements at the time of booking.

Children under the age of 12 years have an earlier evening meal (served at 6:00pm), which is freshly prepared, nutritious and healthy.
