How to Book

For a personal quote or to check availability please contact us, we will happily discuss your holiday requirements and help you plan a tailor-made itinerary whether you are booking a family holiday, a golfing trip with some friends, a corporate trip, or a romantic weekend getaway for two! We impart this experience to each and every enquiry and booking, ensuring that our service to you is unparalleled within the holiday industry.

ONLINE ENQUIRY FORM

Our online enquiry form enables you to select dates of travel, numbers in your party, etc. We will promptly reply with the current availability and a personal quote matched to your requirements. We are also very happy to telephone you at a convenient time, to discuss your individual requests.

HOLDING THE VILLA / ROOM ON OPTION

You may wish to put Domaine de Bellegarde (or part thereof) on option, with no obligation, which will give you time to consider your personal quotation and confirm the details with other members in your party. The villa will be reserved for you for a period of 5 days. If by this time we have not received your completed and signed booking form and a deposit of £250 per person, the option will automatically expire. If there is no other party interested in your chosen dates, we would be happy to extend the option for you.

CONFIRMATION OF YOUR BOOKING

To confirm your holiday we ask for a deposit of £4,500 per property per week or £350 per person if booking on a split sell basis, together with a completed and signed booking form accepting the booking conditions found on this site. Until these items are received, your reservation will be treated as an option only, subject to expiry as above. In the case of group bookings, the group leader must complete and sign the booking form on behalf on the group. The group leader (lead name) is responsible for ensuring that all group members' details are correct and for collecting full payment of the holiday 10 weeks prior to departure. All correspondence will be made between Qsun and the party leader only.

Your booking will be confirmed upon receipt of your booking form and full deposit at which time we will send you a confirmation invoice showing your deposit as paid. A contract exists from this time on.

PAYMENT

Direct internet bank payment into the Qsun account is the most convenient form of payment, contact us for details. Personal or company cheques should be made payable to Qsun Ltd. (They take at least 10 working days to clear). We accept VISA or Mastercard; your payment will be debited in Euros. The balance is payable 10 weeks prior to departure. We generally do not issue reminders for the balance.
